Hey! Sorry I have taken so long to respond...I've had a pretty busy week. But, I'm not set on any specific topic for the lesson plan yet. I'm actually kind of confused on the whole thing. I'm going to look at it a little more/figure it out and then post back once I find a topic. Have you made yours yet? If so, what are you making yours on? I hope all is going well and I will post again soon! :)

  1. Ok, so I finally figured out what I'm going to do for the lesson plan. I decided to incorporate the Global Tree Campaign into my plan. I found information about it in the Landmark for Schools link Ms. Woodward provided for us. In the lesson plan I'm going to show how students can do research on endangered tree species to help save the environment. I hope this is somewhat relevant with our recycling project (i.e. recycling paper=saving trees) and I hope we didn't pick the same topic! Let me know :) Good luck!

  2. Hi Brianne! Sorry that I KEEP posting things. I realize now that I should've waited until I completely read through ALL the assignments to write my thoughts/feedback. :-/

Anyways...I finished my Lesson Plan #1 and now I'm working on the Web Evaluations. I found some websites for us to evaluate and since we are not allowed to evaluate the same ones I figured that send you the link to the ones I have evaluated so we don't get points off for doing the same ones. Let me know how everything goes! Sorry again for posting SO MUCH! :(

here are the websites I evaluated:

  3. Hey dont worry about it I've had a pretty buisy week too! That sounds like a really good topi that you are using. I am still working on my lesson plan but so far I am planning on having students take an online quiz that shows each of our ecological footprints and having them research what we can do to reduce the size of each footprint. hopefully that topic is okay for our topic!
